But we can still find small ways to slow ourselves, even if just for a moment.

Some days, that might look like digging into the garden, walking barefoot, or having a proper laugh with a mate. Other days, it might be sitting quietly with a cup of tea, journaling, or putting on music that helps you breathe easier.

There’s no perfect formula - just a gentle practice of noticing what helps you feel more like yourself.
