This season has a way of bringing everything closer to the surface. The good, the tender, and the things we didn’t quite finish this year.

For some, the holidays are filled with laughter, connection, and familiar rituals. For others, they can feel quieter, heavier, or a little mixed. However this time of year meets you, I hope there’s space for kindness toward yourself and permission to move at your own pace.

Thank you for allowing me to walk alongside you this year. It’s been a privilege to listen, to support, and to sit with what matters most in your life.
