I suffered with digestive issues most of my life...
Bloating, gas, constipation... you name it, I had it.

I sadly had to try various diets, detoxes and supplements to find my way. But you don't have to.

I studied course after course after course, got lost in YouTube. I tried, tried and tried.
Saw dozens of doctors, naturopaths, osteopaths, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda.
At times I gave up.
But eventually I found peace.
A flat stomach, no bloating or gas, smooth digestion..finally!

Alot is shifting in my life in these past few months...

The clearer i get
The more i raise my voice
The more i express my needs

The world, universe, reality... whatever you call it responds.

But not always how I expect.

I feel my greatest lessons are excepting that things arent always butterflies, sunshine and rainbows. Many of the greatest gifts come in storms and hail.

Being a woman connected to her cycle and the ever changing currents helps, but change is never easy. But its the resistance to change that creates the suffering, the holding on.

Change is a gift, even if its painful. When we see it as a gift the pain reduces and it moves with more ease.

Just like our monthly bleed, the more we push and resist the more painful she is. When we rest and surrender, breathe, stretch and listen... she passes with grace.
