I’m proud to share that TCCQ is now officially part of the Fedcap Group — a global network of organisations dedicated to creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and driving sustainable social impact.

Joining the Fedcap Group opens new doors for collaboration, innovation, and growth. Most importantly, it allows us to expand the support we provide across Queensland and Australia while staying true to our mission of empowering local communities and businesses.

A huge thank you to our partners, supporters, and the incredible people who’ve been part of our journey so far.

✨ Community. Collaboration. Opportunity. ✨

Last week The Community Collective – Employ Me Stakeholder Forum was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when businesses come together to support meaningful employment pathways.

Thank you to Max’s Workplace at SRJ Walker Wayland - Sunshine Coast for hosting us, and to Katrina from SRJ Walker and Steve from Astute Financial for generously sharing the stories of their amazing employees — stories that truly highlighted the impact of inclusive employment.

A huge thank you to Yourbrandcrew for donating their time and talent to capture some incredible images on the night — we’re so grateful.

We’re excited to share a snippet of a video featuring some of our employees, speaking about why employment is important to them. Their voices say it best. (watch this space)

We also sincerely thank Cr Tim Burns for supporting us on the night, and to the many businesses who attended, collaborated, and have since opened their doors to our participants through workplace tours and job trials.

It was a fantastic night of connection, learning, and collaboration — and just the beginning of what we can achieve together.
