Today, I want you to feel MOTIVATED!
I got where I am today by doing it even when I didn't want to.
One rep is better than no reps.
5 minutes is better than no minutes.
Do the Plank while you sit in front of the TV. Do the lunge in the kitchen while you wait for the kettle to boil.
It all adds up.
Remember that the body keeps score and we look and feel how we have been, not how we will, and CAN be.
