Hi Sunnycoasters.☀️ 🌊 thank you so much for all of your good vibes each week, the last few weeks have booked out quickly and this says community is so important as we all come together each week to connect with like minded individuals.

We are half booked for Wednesday for our weekly Free connection meet up coolum beach,(Point Arkwright), Yaroomba beach near the rocks.

You can expect a beautiful morning starting at 6am every Wednesday.

Breathwork + movement + sound healing + Surf and or Ocean connection swim afterwards.

Last week the feedback incredible and we feel extremely grateful to be building this community with you all involved.

I’m so excited to share my SUP yoga modalities with you all! This has been two years in the making, and you won’t want to miss this course. A group of us has come together to ensure it’s just right. I’ve consulted the best in the industry to create a modern, fun, and educational experience. My mother-in-law, who has a degree in literature and has rewritten the curriculum for various countries—including Dubai and India—speaks at major conferences and teaches teachers. I feel truly blessed and grateful to have her expertise guiding me every step of the way, along with my amazing coaches, yogi friends, and fellow SUP yogis.
I will offer only the best and at the highest standards which will include mindset training alongside the sup yoga modules, mindset is important with running any type of business, how your mindset is will determine how well you will do, watch this space ill be sharing more soon my ocean yogi lovers 🌊✌🏽

Acro has always been one of my favourite practices lately I’ve got back into it, so fun fact I did my teacher training years ago it was the best training I’ve ever done, now I’m teaching our kids, it’s a whole lot of fun

I share my love for Supyoga because truly it has healed my life in so many ways both physically emotionally and spiritually.
My vision has always been to change as many lives as possible through this beautiful practice on the water, Having some time off recently after having my 3rd baby I have added to my knowledge to share with you all and I am more then excited to get back into the water with you all, I’ll be running early morning Friday at 6am-7am and Saturday mornings 8am- 9am.
I’ll be back running corporate groups,Athlete groups, hens Partys, birthday Partys etc..
