It's so, so important that we express ourselves. If you don't feel comfortable using your voice to speak to someone then write it out, talk to your dog or cat, talk to your garden, paint, draw, create.....your body will thank you 🙏

So many of us experience discomfort in our rhomboids (between the shoulder blades). This is great advice to help to strengthen these muscles. I will add, that massaging the pectorals/chest muscles will also benefit the cindition greatly. Often the pecs are tight and the rhombs are taught. Ensure yoyr massage therapist treats both, loosening the pecs first and then later moving on to the rhomboids. Loosening up the pectorals so that the rhomboids can relax is vital, then work on strengthening the rhomboids. 👌
