Adam and Karina you are the most deserving parents and Archie is a lucky boy to have you both. What an incredible journey it’s been to get to here. You are both so strong and beautiful and It’s going to be amazing having another little one to love and cherish…

Hey there!

I’ve never properly introduced myself on social media.. I can be a little shy! This is a recent photo of me and my 2 girls… one is sewing with me… the other one is swinging in the hammock 🤣

My name is Brooke, and I’m the face behind Nurture Naturally.

I am a Registered Midwife and Nurse for a combined 16 yrs and I’ve been teaching Calmbirth for 5 years now and I absolutely LOVE it!

I’m a very proud mama to 2 girls aged 10 & 6. Becoming a mother has changed me more than I knew it could…. I shed many layers of myself, and I still do, as I get to know the newer version of myself all the time. I was fortunate to have done Calmbirth before my own births, and can 💯 say that it impacted my births in such a positive way.

I live in the country, love my community, volunteer for our local markets, have a dog, 2 cats & 10 chickens…

I’m blessed to have the most amazing and support family, I have an amazing partner who fills my life with ☀️ and 🌈 and together we have 5 children-almost the Brady bunch!

I’m about to go into my 2nd year of studying Masters of Applied Science (Acupuncture) and I can’t wait because I think Chinese Medicine is pretty damn amazing, especially with pregnancy and women’s health!

I am a qualified Acuneedler and in 2023 I’ll be offering treatments from an awesome clinic in Noosa-watch this space!

That’s me in a nutshell! If you know someone that is pregnant, do them the biggest favour and suggest a childbirth class like Calmbirth… it’s life changing!

I found this photo of myself in labour with my first. I absolutely love it because, once again, shows me my strength. My labour taught me to trust my body, to surrender but also to stay focused. Even when your ‘plan’ doesn’t play out as you hoped or wish, doesn’t mean that it won’t be a life changing experience that you will grow from in so many ways. I also love that I’m surrounded by these supportive women ♥️💫🙏

Forever grateful for this experience ☺️

My circumstances have changed a tad, and as a result I’m not going to be able to teach regularly anymore 😢

Hello world- Welcome Lennox 😍

“The whole thing was such an incredible experience. Jase and I felt so prepared and capable thanks to Brooke and Calm Birth. I actually almost didn’t go to the hospital in time because I didn’t want to go too early and was doing ok at home with all the tools we learnt in the course. Luckily we listened to my midwife and headed in because after an hour and a half in hospital Lennox was born in the bath”....

I always like to remind the couples I work with that we are there just to bring their power to their awareness!

But, I totally understand the gratitude for the Calmbirth Program and how it’s delivered....I felt the same and still do when I think about my own births 🥰🙏

What a privilege it was to meet Dr. Sarah J Buckey and her husband yesterday! To be able to sit and discuss over tea, birth, the system, homebirths, my births and Calmbirth was very special!!
