How to oil your clipper blades?

To oil the blades is necessary for keeping them lubricated which is lowering the friction between the moving parts, keeping them cool, last longer and perform better.

The method I’m going to show you is a little bit time consuming. I know that groomers are always busy and short on time so it’s possible you won’t do it all the time, but I recommend doing as much as you can, and the result won’t be disappointing.

The blades need to be oiled before start using them.
When blades are used for longer than 4 minutes, they must be reoiled.
At the end of the day, they need to be cleaned and oiled. Keep them in a sealed box.
When blades go blunt, clean and oil them and put in a zip lock bag until you sent them away to be sharpened. This will keep moisture and air away from the blades surface prevent them from rusting.

Less oil, more often going to bring you the best result. How much oil and where...? You can learn it from the video.
