I found a lovely Nature Element out on a walk yesterday.
Can you see the face in the tree?
I called it The Listening Tree as it has such a big ear. And it was a great listener too 😀

I'll post what I've been up to over the last 6 months shortly and what I'm putting together for our return to Qi Gong, Oriental Yoga & all things FEEL GOOD.

Our last class for the year is a Heart lead class. Especially helpful as the Yang Qi expands during summertime which may cause symptoms of Heart Fire.

We will learn a Bai Hui massage to clear the Mind and settle the Spirit. And find ease and release in Snake Sheds its Skin flow.

We will be finishing up our regular Qi Gong classes at the end of the year. Into 2025 I'll be creating some short courses in Qi Gong that I will share both in person and on line.
I'll also be inviting you to some QI PARTYS throughout the year where we can have a deep dive in the practice and benefits of Qi Gong and the healing arts of Oriental Yoga and The Five Elements in Daily Life.
Keep on eye on THE FEEL GOOD GANG social pages and visit our website over the next few months as I put together some further information on what I will be sharing, and dates for meet ups and courses.

In Five Element Qigong Summer time aligns us with the frequency of Heart Qi.

Lotus Grows Through Mud is one of the flows we will practice in next weeks Qi Gong & Oriental Yoga classes.
“Mud” can be experienced as one of lifes many facets. Perhaps challenges we face, or obstacles that we encounter. This Qi Gong flow teaches us how to use the mud as traction for growth.

Breathe in and rise - feel lifted.
Breathe out and ground - feel strong and stable.

REMINDER: We have no classes for two weeks while the hall is being used for voting.
Perhaps during the time we would normally be together in class find something to engage in that lifts your Spirit and reminds you of the Magic all around.
Classes resume on Tuesday 29th October at 11am. All classes will then be held from The Mudjimba Hall 41 Cottonwood Street Mudjimba.
