Some of the sequence from a recent upload to my Video Library - Intermediate # 296
In this class we use a belt (stretchy if you have one) whilst practicing a number of poses leading up to Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana (revolved half moon pose). We practice a supine and prone variation of the pose before coming up to stand. We also practice Pasasana (noose pose) and Parsva Halasana.
