A huge shoutout to one of our OG Major Movers – Cynthia 💪
Through not one, but TWO hip surgeries in the past 2 years, she’s shown up for herself time and time again with mental grit, physical resilience, and unwavering emotional strength.

From day one, Cynthia has been part of the MM family and we couldn’t be prouder of how far she’s come. Her journey is a powerful reminder that recovery isn’t linear but showing up consistently (even on the tough days) leads to incredible things.

We hear it all the time — “I want to try Pilates, but I don’t know where to start” or “I’m nervous I’ll do it wrong and injure myself.”

That’s exactly why we’ve created our Pop-Up Foundations Reformer Pilates Class, designed for absolute beginners who want to learn the basics in a safe, welcoming and judgment-free environment.

In this Pop-up Foundations class, you will:
✔️ Learn how to use the reformer with confidence
✔️ Be guided through safe and effective movements
✔️ Build the foundations of strength, control, and breathwork
✔️ Leave feeling empowered to join any beginner class on our schedule

A huge congratulations to Deb for smashing out 300 Reformer classes with us!
With her strong-minded attitude and a heart of gold, Deb is an absolute joy to have in our classes. She might not be the loudest voice in the room, but her quick wit always leaves a mark (and a lot laughs).

Despite the juggle of work, family life, and a busy schedule, Deb continues to show up, put in the work, and thrive — and we couldn't be prouder to celebrate this milestone with her!
