Twi East is in need of humanitarian interventions since submerged under water and with presence of IDPs from greater Lou, makes difficult for services delivery in water, lack of health and educational services, no farming activities, no livestock in existence of flooding for six years. As a reasons, Twi East Community is in its hardest time to return home from outside willingly.
