✅ Your Role:
-Coordinate rosters for home care and NDIS clients
-Liaise with support workers and clients
-Manage scheduling changes and urgent requests
-Ensure compliance with client care plans

What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in rostering or admin (home care/NDIS a bonus!)
-Strong communication & problem-solving skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Knowledge of rostering systems (e.g., Shiftcare )
