🏠 Working from home? Your neck might be paying the price!

While home offices (or dining tables, couches, and beds!) have become the new normal, they often aren’t set up with your posture and spinal health in mind.

Without proper ergonomic support, you’re more likely to develop neck pain, stiffness, and even Tech Neck—caused by long hours looking down at screens.

📣 This Spinal Health Week, take a moment to check your setup:
✔️ Is your screen at eye level?
✔️ Are your shoulders relaxed and supported?
✔️ Is your chair helping or hurting your posture?

A few simple changes can make a world of difference.

💡 Your spine supports you every day—make sure your workspace supports it too.

If you frequently use computers and suffer from neck pain, adjust your thinking and join the National Spinal Health Week ‘Movement’ this 26 May – 1 June. To get the heads up on tech neck, why not pop into the clinic for a "FREE SPINAL HEALTH CHECK" and let us help you and give you tips on how to combat Tech Neck.
