Neck and shoulder causing you pain when sitting at your desk?
Long periods looking at a screen can lock your muscles into one fixed position, try and break it up with some very simple movements. Look over your left shoulder for a count of 5, then over your right. Do that 3 times. And then do a slow nod, looking up for 5 and down for 5. Do this 3 times and then you can get back to work. Consciously moving your muscles can make a big difference to your pain.
