Mastering the concept of 'Relaxing into Position' requires conscious and voluntary control of muscles. Gaining full control over contracting muscles results in ease and effortless relaxation during training.

Muscles not required for training are taut but relaxed; the pulse works deeper, the breath flows naturally and sensorial awareness increases.

The result is an immediate enhancement and result from all the sculpting exercises.

In this Somatics Course you will discover, notice and sense where your body responds to stress and the contractions that occur, and remain long after the stress.

You will be able to sense these muscular contractions, actively contract them for deeper awareness and then actively relax the muscles. The changes are immediate and and require little time and effort to maintain the results.

Somatics Class Thursday, 10th December 6.30am AEST

This class is only for students who have completed the previous Somatics classes. Please message me if you would like an update on 2021 workshop

Somatics Class: Thursday, 10th December @ 630am Australian EST.

Fear, shock or negative emotions such as depression, grief, pessimism, sadness; all create a forward slumping posture affecting the neck, shoulders, chest, breathing, pelvic floor, confidence and attitude.

We'll be exploring the milliseconds response of this reflex and then creating a Somatic movement to release the contractions, balance out the body and create the posture of empowerment, youth and optimism.

All these Somatic movements not only improve and provide deeper access to your muscles while training and pulsing, but also improve your breathing, mental attitude and overall wellness.

This class is only for students who have attended previous Somatic classes. If you are interested in the next Somatic Workshop please message me.
