Magic of rain droplets...

Disappointed to see rain. Was going to finish a project from a week ago.
Go out, see the magical rain droplets on plants. You have to smile. Tomorrow, will be finishing project.

I did want a day to read. A day to do learning. A day of creation. Here it is!

Spruce - I will not be deafted!

You can be working on something for a long time with no financial results. Take breath. Feel the deaft. How does it sit with you?

Smell Spruce for a moment. What about the good stuff of what I have been working on? Feel it. Jot down any changes and action.

You can let go or stay to create your goal/dream/stability. Spruce aroma will help either way. You still have to choose.

Happy St Patrick's Day to you!

Many memories celebrating as a child.

Last St Patrick's Day, spent with dad doing a quiz on Ireland. Lots of fun. Great glasses for photo shot.

Mum washed his Ireland hat. He was annoyed at me as we took it home. Love that hat as has such a story in the beginning to dads final St Patricks Day.

Forgot potato, and the day last night. Sweet potato cakes for breaky instead.

2026 Birthday inhalers

Smelling inhalers helped guided me thru past few days.

Lots of positive and negative at the same time. A 50th birthday in the family went well. Seeing the start of my grandparents home dismantled. A long time coming....a change.

It is lovely to have brakes checked straight away, and all sorted.

Tomorrow, feel a fresh start, and St Patricks Day!

The third is blooming... starting to extend.
Take it step by step.
Have rests in between...

Melissa (botanical name Melissa officinalis) - common name Lemon balm.

Yes, this essential oil can be adulterated. Be wise on where you purchase. The price can be an indicator.

It has sedative action. Just a drop in diffuser is all is required in times of nervous tension etc. As a precious essential oil, know when to use.

Tonight, enjoy the 'blood moon' around 10.04pm. Have Melissa going in your bedroom for 15 minutes before switching off as climb into bed. Sweet dreams.

Endometriosis story on 4 corners was triggering and tragic at the same time.

This is my personal experience.

I watched this last night on replay. Personally, I have had surgeries done in the past. I feel for these women with this dishonest surgeon.

I wanted to ask abc, if no surgery is the opinion now. Then, what is the treatment? It made me reflect, my last surgery found my bowel had the old lesions that needed removal. For me, I would have not known organs stuck to each other. I had excellent surgeons. We need better guidance, and advice.

I was advised next time to have uterus removed. I didnt go down that path.

I am lucky that this is in the past for me. But, it is not for others. It brings me tears that the answers are not there after 30 years.

Yes, aromatherapy can help on the emotional side. But, it is not a cure. Each person is an individual, that requires there own treatment plan.

May there be better direction after this story has come to light. Perhaps, resources and education.

To you, I hope you receive the best care, and choices, like I did.
