It is Christmas!
Sunshine to brighten up.
My christmas blend in diffuser.
Time out writing Christmas cards. Maybe some aroma.

Don't have essential oil? Put water in saucepan, add a little cinnamon herb, add a citrus sliced and boil. Simmer for 10 mins. Turn off stove, and taken aroma.

Do you have christmas plant or aussie bush into home.

Allow scent to lift the load. We still are open for consultations. Cut off for post is tomorrow.

Black Friday Deliveries...

Why buy insect repellent when could make self? Because its formula works well. A little over powering at first but, it keeps you safe. I dont buy much from Perfect Potion but, this is it.

Essentially Australia lemon myrtle hydrosol to clear the air. I buy here as dont have need for big quantities today that buy from a supplier.

Yes, I have brought the supplies to make products for you.

Tree upright!
Need to buy lights for it.

When decorations on. Put a drop of your favourite essential oil for Christmas on cotton pad.

Inhale the scent. Breathe out. Place in tree where no lights etc touch the pad. Essential oils are volitile.

Actually, I am enjoying looking at the green tree.

Christmas/holidays beginning. How do you feel?

Some of you may like to look away at this time. Allow sadness to be processed. No need to apologise.

I know I will need alift as it is the unknown this year. A few changes.

I made a Christmas lift. Buddawood (sleepy head wasted some), Kunzea, Fragonia and Pineapple Myrtle. You only need a little as we address emotions. In an inhaler or diffuse for 20 mins (check guidelines).

Buddhawood - meditative grounding

Kunzea - clears the air, assists with sudden changes

Fragonia - dignity. Balance emotions.

Pineapple Myrtle - happiness spirit

Blend help us reflect. Let go. Courage to transit to 2026. First self care. Baby steps. Action what you need.

Knowledge goes a long way. Not very grounding to put essential oils straight into Epsom Salts. Epsom salts are not a carrier to protect you from harm.

Putting onto shower floor with water running can add slip hazard. When starting out, we all do things wrong until we know better.
