A huge thank you to Lee Street Special School!

Our Business Development Manager, Nathan, attended an information day at Lee Street State Special School in Caboolture yesterday.

The event brought together providers, educators, and families with a shared goal, to support children with disabilities.

It was an opportunity to listen, learn, and strengthen our understanding of the unique challenges and supports needed within the community.

A huge thank you to the team at Lee Street for hosting such a thoughtful and well-organised event!

Wendy didn’t need more hours, she needed a team who truly saw her. 🧡

With holistic, person-centered support from ONCALL, Wendy went from feeling limited in her opportunities to proudly becoming our National Brand Ambassador.

Today, she helps train new staff, speaks at events, and is studying her Certificate IV in Disability, using her voice to create change.

Today we had the absolute joy of a surprise visit from our friend Bailey 💙

He lit up the ONCALL office with his smile, joined us for a delicious lunch, and even gave us time tips on making a hot chocolate! ☕🧡

Bailey was so happy to see where all the behind-the-scenes magic happens, and we were just as happy to have him here.

We're currently seeking a new housemate for our beautiful Cleopatra home in Cranbourne. This modern 3-bedroom property has a 1-bedroom vacancy, ideally suited to a social and independent male in his 30s who enjoys meaningful conversation, connection, and a balance of personal space.

The home offers shared supports at a 1:3 ratio (with inactive nights), generous indoor and outdoor living areas, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to local parks and reserves. This is a non-SDA home and participants will need to contribute to rent from their DSP.

We’re excited to announce the appointment of Chloe Kempe as Chief Executive Officer of ONCALL Group Australia/SACARE.

Chloe brings 25 years of experience in the disability sector and has played a foundational role in the development and leadership of SACARE as a founding family member, former CEO, and most recently as Chief Operating Officer of ONCALL/SACARE.

Her long-standing commitment to the sector is reflected in her focus on delivering individualised services that align with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality and Safeguarding Framework. Chloe brings an understanding of the operational needs and client expectations that underpin our service delivery. We’re incredibly proud that we’ve built an organisation where clients and employees are genuinely valued, respected, and supported every day.

As we continue to navigate an evolving and complex NDIS environment, Chloe’s focus will be on strengthening our service delivery frameworks, growing workforce capability, and ensuring we remain leaders in the standard of care across the disability sector. Chloe is committed to ensuring that every individual we support receives care that is safe, tailored to their goals, and uncompromised in quality.
