Important Update:
Cyclone Preparations for QLD & Northern NSW
We are actively preparing for the predicted cyclone affecting Queensland and Northern NSW, which will impact our clients and our Queensland-based team.

To ensure safety and continuity of care, we have implemented the following plan:

✅ Rescheduling non-critical services.
✅ Prioritizing high-needs services.
✅ Minimizing road exposure for our teams.
✅ Informing clients of emergency procedures via SMS.
✅ Preparing for potential power and communication outages.
✅ Adjusting schedules so all Support Workers finish by 12:30 PM on Thursday.
✅ Shifting office operations to remote work on Thursday afternoon.
✅ Closing the Queensland office on Friday, 7 March
(it will not be operational). Our Sydney Team will be available

To maintain communication, office phones will be diverted to our Sydney office throughout Friday.
