Your Emotions Are Talking — Are You Listening?

Low mood. Anxiety. Feeling overwhelmed.
None of it means you’re broken — it means something is asking for your attention.

Our emotions come in waves. They rise, they fall, and they carry messages about how we’re living, what we’re carrying, and whether we’re honouring what truly matters to us. It’s not about never feeling low — it’s about noticing when you’re stuck and choosing to respond with awareness.

✹ You are not your diagnosis. And nothing is permanent.

Our Story

‘Health and wellness’ can be baffling right? Feels like there are countless experts out there with potential solutions to your physical or psychological issue. And if you don't know whether you need a nutritionist, dietitian or psychologist you might end up with the right answer to the wrong problem. And a healthcare plan that won’t achieve the result you wanted. It’s a recipe for disappointment and demotivation.

At me&my we take a different view. We look at the whole picture to find the best path to a solution. Whether you’re struggling with weight management, suffering from a digestive issue or trying to cope with feelings of overwhelm – we think you deserve a more considered approach. One that asks better questions, listens a little harder and delves a bit deeper to find the real answer. One that defines a sustainable, manageable plan to break the cycle and set you up for the future. One that really is all about you and your long-term happiness. So, how are you?

me&my wellness is a service provider of nutrition and lifestyle medicine. We take a food is medicine approach and provide lifestyle advice to help you achieve your health goals.
