If you have PMS try…

Eat 3 veg or 2 fruit with each meal
Drink 2L of water daily
Include 2tsbp of fermented foods daily
Include min. 75gm protein per day
Mindfully eat with tech away
Top meals with citrus, rocket or spices
Include cruciferous veg such as broccoli, Brussels or cauliflower

Always check with your health care professional who can help identify the cause of your symptoms

Hormone balances don’t always scream for attention, they can be subtle enough for us to say ‘I’m just a mum, this os’s how I’m suppose to feel’ or ‘ this is probably how others feel, I need to toughen up’

Sorry but NO, if you feel it it is real!

Something is off and ignoring may lead to low energy, low body confidence, poor motivation and worry.

Women’s bodies are complex and beautiful, we receive signs to help us barricade what we need and when addressed we keep in flow, harmony with our body and have a better relationship with self.

Feeling puffy or bloated for no clear reason? It might be your stress hormones.

When cortisol is high (from stress, poor sleep, blood sugar dips), it acts like a hormone called aldosterone 🧂—which tells your body to hold on to sodium. And wherever sodium goes, water follows 💧

The result?
• Puffiness (especially around the face and eyes)
• Swollen hands, feet, or ankles
• A heavy, inflamed feeling that’s not just “weight gain”
Cortisol also boosts ADH (antidiuretic hormone), which reduces how much water you excrete. That means even more fluid retention.

✨ To support cortisol balance:
– Prioritise blood sugar stability 🍽️
– Sleep 8-9 hours nightly 😴
– Move gently every day 🚶‍♀️
– Use adaptogens like withania or passionflower
