WHAT TO DO IF YOU SUSPECT PMS 🩸
If you have PMS try…
Eat 3 veg or 2 fruit with each meal
Drink 2L of water daily
Include 2tsbp of fermented foods daily
Include min. 75gm protein per day
Mindfully eat with tech away
Top meals with citrus, rocket or spices
Include cruciferous veg such as broccoli, Brussels or cauliflower
