Have you been looking for direction, purpose or just a break from a vicious cycle? So many people are dealing with stress and anxiety or depression can start to accept it as a norm because they and so many others are suffering. This makes me raged to think this is what society expectation and pressure has created in peoples lives and that so many people aren't even sure where to start or have no outlet to support them. This is how Pranic Life came about, after spending years working in different modalities and studying alternative medicine I created a new pathway that doesn't need counselling, drugs and is easy to implement in your daily routine. Its like having a satellite navigational tool to get you from A to B the quickest and least traffic. I work with people individually or in groups to discuss certain topics to assist in areas such as relationships, health, emotional balance and wellbeing. This along with advice to cater on your journey through life can be the difference in a make or break situation. If any of this is where you are at then know that you are not alone.
