We run an Introductory Weekend on the first full weekend of every month. This course starts right from the beginning and establishes a framework that enables you to attend our regular classes with confidence. They are usually quite small - 5 to 10 students per weekend. Take the time and space to explore your practice more deeply this coming June by participating in an urban yoga retreat over the Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend.

A morning active class followed by an afternoon restorative class at the school or online over three days from Saturday 11th - Monday 13th June.

We encourage a commitment of attendance over all classes to really feel the effects of practising twice a day over three consecutive days, however individual classes can also be attended.

Classes will be taken by James and Lorenzo.

Attendance can be in-person or online, or a combination (e.g/ morning in-person, afternoon online).
