Yes you are relaxed but its actually a focused state where you are focused on what the hypnotherapist is saying, following instructions and everything else is suspended. If you fall asleep you actually don't follow the instructions. So please come to my sessions ready to focus, do the work and feel fantastic afterwards! 💪 ⭐️

The roof has had repairs done at the Springwood Clinic for the last two weeks so I have only been able to see clients over zoom. Grateful for the work finally being done and the noise not coming across over Zoom but still wow so much noise. But it’s done yay! Thank you to the clients for their patience!

Franz Mesmer is usually credited as being the first to bring the use of hypnosis to the public around 1770. BUT the earliest records of hypnosis being used date back to ancient Egypt in 1500 B.C.
