Created by teachers for teachers 70 years ago, Teachers Health now covers the lives of over 400,000 people. It is monitored Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding Public Holidays), AEST/AEDT. While we’re always happy to talk to you, this is not a customer service channel. We use third-party social media management tools to manage direct messages and cannot guarantee the safety of information sent to us by social media. For your privacy, please don’t post any personal information or your member number on our page. For enquiries about your Teachers Health membership, email info@teachershealth.com.au or call 1300 728 188 during the following times (excluding public holidays):

Monday - Thursday: 8am - 7pm
Friday: 8am - 6pm

It’s a way to stay up to date with news and topics of interest at Teachers Health, and engage in positive and open conversation. Our content aims to spark inspiration, conversation and a little bit of fun for our community. We believe that our page should be a safe and welcoming space for all individuals, groups and their ideas. A space for positive and open conversations and for sharing content that provokes thoughtful discussion and supports our community. At Teachers Health, we live our HEART values and members are at the core of what we do. We treat everyone with respect and value diversity. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying or harassment on our page and other digital channels including towards our social media team and other staff. We believe in allowing our followers to speak freely but we will remove comments and ban users who engage in disrespectful behaviour directed at individuals or groups. Here are our page guidelines. To maintain a safe and welcoming space, we will hide or remove comments, and ban users who do not stick to the following:
1. Be kind and courteous
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
2. No hate speech or bullying
Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.
3. No promotions or spam
Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed.
