On World Teachers’ Day, we invited our community to nominate teachers who go above and beyond for their students, colleagues and school communities. From more than 700 heartfelt nominations, we’re proud to celebrate one educator whose impact truly stood out.

This World Teachers’ Day, we asked the community to nominate the teachers who truly transform classrooms, inspire students, and support families and colleagues alike. Over 700 nominations were received in our World Teachers’ Day Competition, recognising the exceptional dedication of educators. One Grand Prize Winner and four daily winners were selected for their extraordinary impact.

Sharon is known for creating a classroom where every child feels safe, supported and celebrated. Families often share how she instinctively recognises children’s strengths and guides them through big moments with genuine care.
