I’m so proud to share that I am one of twelve incredible authors featured in the collaborative book “The Souls Rising”.

This project is incredibly close to my heart. Each of us has poured our truth, experiences, and lessons into these pages — and I’m truly proud of what I’ve written. It’s raw, it’s honest, and it’s written with the hope that it will resonate with and inspire others to embrace their journey and find their own voice.

This book is more than just a collection of stories — it’s about growth, resilience, healing, and rising into who we’re meant to be. My hope is that it encourages more people to find their voice, have the courage to tell their story, and learn to rise.

How to use a Face and Body Scrub

Self-care - Safe & Effective Exfoliation

Exfoliation removes dead skin cells, boosts glow, unclogs pores, and helps products absorb better. But overdoing it can damage your skin barrier—so balance is key.

Methods:
* Body scrubs (sugar and salt)
* Exfoliating gloves
* Dry brushing (before shower)

Steps:
1. In the shower, apply scrub to damp skin.
2. Massage gently.
3. Rinse thoroughly.
4. After applying Lumeurias face and body scrub no moisturizer is required afterwards.
Frequency: 1–2 times per week.
