Our not-for-profit organisation has provided quality aged care services to the Sussex Inlet community for over 60 years, as well as community support services.

For many older Australians, connection and conversation bring comfort, reassurance, and joy. A kind word, a smile, or taking the time to really listen can brighten a day and strengthen a sense of belonging.

R U OK? Day is a reminder for all of us — residents, families, staff, and the wider community — to pause and check in with the people around us. Whether it’s sitting with a resident over a cup of tea, calling a loved one, or reaching out to a colleague, those small moments of care can have a big impact.
