This quote really struck me last week.
Putting into words exactly how I have been feeling.
How many times have we found ourselves in November and feeling this peak of adrenaline and rushing as we head into the remainder of the year?
To tick all the things off the to do list so we can then "start fresh" in the New Year.
And yet we feel tired.
Exhausted.
So I am leaning into this idea of how we can SLOW THE F DOWN and not collapse in a heap by Dec 31st.
