A colonic can be anywhere from 20-40 mins, sometimes around 45 mins.
What you see is actually the first release of this colonic at 40 mins. For 40 entire minutes there was gas only, no solid stool, bile or undigested food.
It was this clients first colonic ever, and I could tell she was so bloated because she was full of gas. This meant the top of the colon was impacted and I needed time to get to it. I have a whole stack of tricks I use to decrease gas, activate peristalsis and get to the stuck matter - but you’ve got to be patient.
I told this client to just let me do my thing - which is why I’ve kept the sound on - because you can’t hear anything, which is my point. She was so chill and relaxed and I was able to take my time, knowing she would get a lot out but I needed to get the gas out first. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and she walked out feeling so good.
We don’t always get ideal results in our first and even second session but with my skill set and experience - you just have to give me the headspace and focus to lock in, do what I gotta do and trust the process - then I can work my magic. I know what I’m doing and I know how to get the body to co operate.
Respectfully, asking me every 2 minutes if anything more than gas is coming out can put me off my game (sometimes) and makes me feel rushed.
What’s also a little annoying is the way “only getting out gas” is disappointing for so many people - yet it’s likely the main reason why people are so bloated and uncomfortable - this is the best part of a colonic! I know we all want the crazy looking colonics but just yesterday I felt unbelievably amazing post colonic because it was majority gas - only a bit of stool came out yet I’ve been floating on a cloud since.
Anyway my point is: Surrender and relinquish control for best results. Trust that I know what I’m doing and I’m the best at it and you can just lie back and let it go 🫱🏽🫲🏼
