Our Brighter Day fund-raising event is happening this coming Saturday the 17th!

Pop down to Ohana House for food, face painting, our raffle and just overall GOOD VIBES 😎

We will be advertising the raffle prizes in the coming days on our socials so keep your eyes peeled (if you want to purchase tickets and can't come to the event- swing us a message!)

Feel Good Friday… well we are still on cloud 9 from having so many amazing people join us yesterday! So on that note, todays feel good post will be about how we can help you with your support coordination journey

Support coordination in simple terms, is what puts your NDIS plan into action!

This means your support coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.

We aim to provide insight, encouragement and confidence within our team, ensuring you always feel supported and valued.
