We retrieved this lovely fellow from a client's ear today - a species of Cockroach. Poor Fella (the client, not necessarily the cockroach).

Today we celebrate Joyce Phyland's 100th Birthday. I'm sure she has seen many changes and advances over her many years.

A sad farewell today. 7 years of working in a place that has given me so much opportunity. Thank you to both Merryn and Nathan for all of your support over the years and for becoming like part of my family.
