As we enter our last days as owners of Acoustic Health – Swan Hill & Bendigo, Nathan & I would like to say a sincere thank you to our staff – past & present – who, as the first people our patients see when they walk through the door, have set the tone for the care, compassion and professionalism that defines our clinics.

To Yiwen, our audiologist, thank you for the care and commitment you've shown every day. Your work has helped countless people reconnect with the world around them, and your efforts have played a vital role in shaping the heart of our clinics. We're proud of everything we've achieved together and grateful for the journey we've shared.

To our suppliers and partners, thank you for your reliability, innovation and collaboration. Your support has helped us deliver the highest standard of care and stay at the forefront of hearing health.

And to our patients—thank you for trusting us with your hearing journey. Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or joined us more recently, your loyalty and feedback have shaped Acoustic Health into what it is today. It’s been our privilege to walk alongside you.

After 13 years, this chapter is coming to a close, but the legacy of Acoustic Health will continue. We leave with immense pride, gratitude, and confidence in the continued care you will receive with Country Hearing Care.

Congratulations to Ronda Boulton, winner of our 2025 "T" event - Tinnitus Trivia - raising awareness and donations for SoundFair where it is going towards launching Australia’s first national consumer survey titled Living with Tinnitus in Australia, aimed at understanding the hidden struggles faced by individuals living with this condition.

We retrieved this lovely fellow from a client's ear today - a species of Cockroach. Poor Fella (the client, not necessarily the cockroach).

Today we celebrate Joyce Phyland's 100th Birthday. I'm sure she has seen many changes and advances over her many years.

Joyce has been a client at Acoustic Health Swan Hill for 17years.
