For those who do not know me, I am Chloe, a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Swan Hill.

A few facts about me

~ Married mum of three (13, 11 and 7)
~ 15+ years experience in acute mental health
~ Love running with my friends
~ I love animals, we have 2 x Saint Bernard’s (Buddy and Poss), a cat (Rozalinn Ryan) and a horse ( General)
~ My coffee order is a skinny latte, 1 sugar đŸ¥°

I work primarily in acute mental health in Swan Hill, but am offering a specialised service to the Swan Hill community. As a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I will provide patients mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment with the ability to prescribe medications. My service is for people of all ages.

I will be practicing out of Central Mallee Health each Friday starting end of March.
