Did you know that your spinal function can impact and change your brain function, including your proprioception? Are you due for a Chiropractic visit to ensure your body is functioning at its best?

The funny thing about the proprioceptive sense is that when it is diminished or lost, no one β€” parents or child β€” realizes it because it is the one sense that is mostly subconscious. We are much more familiar and consciously aware of the other senses such as vision, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. Proprioception, however, is more essential to the brain because it is the only sense that is constant. It works closely with the vestibular system, which also is mostly subconscious.
