I've noticed recently with this flute that I play very Celtic sounds , I feel like it's a spiritual connection to the ancestors coming through me ❤️

The Native American flute carrys a symbol for peace and harmony in traditional Native American culture, and the indigenous people believe the music from the flute has the power to soothe the soul and bring in balance to the listener!

I literally go to places just playing , it's my favourite instrument to play 💜

Wow what a transition this year has become! We've been settling right into our new home ❤️ it's literally like a dream! Surrounded by nature , it's so peaceful and I can't believe I've never got out of suburbia sooner. The bush life is definitely for me , it's a massive change and I'm still grounding in and adjusting. Waking up here is literally so blissful ✨️🌈🙏🩵🌳🌿🌱 so looking forward to my own inner healing that will be done here and making amazing memories with my little family. Last year was one of the most challenging and toughest years of my life , and to be here now and what I've got ahead of me this year, its already abundant with love ❤️

❄️ Community Ice Bath Immersion with Light Breathwork ❄️

🎄 Join us on Christmas Eve morning for a unique and invigorating experience that combines the rejuvenating power of ice baths with the transformative practice of light breathwork. This special event is open to all, and we invite you to join us in creating a supportive community of connection and growth. 🎁

⏰ Time: 8.30am
📍 Location: Mullaloo Beach

In this donation-based community gathering,we will come together to experience the profound benefits of ice bath immersion. Brave the cold waters and discover the incredible sensations as your body adapts, promoting enhanced mental clarity, increased energy, and boosted immunity.

As part of this unique session, we will also explore light breathwork techniques – a gentle and accessible practice that combines intentional breathing and mindfulness. This will further deepen your journey, allowing for release, relaxation, and spiritual connection as you embrace the winter solstice energy.

This event will be led by experienced facilitators Kim & Jedd, who will guide you through the entire process with care and support. We welcome all levels of experience, from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Please note that ice baths are optional, and if you choose not to participate, you can still witness the empowerment of others and engage in lighter breathwork exercises. Remember to bring a towel, warm clothing (optional for after), and an open mind!

To secure your spot, we kindly request a donation of your choice (on the day). All proceeds will go towards covering event expenses and remaining money will go to We GIVE Food to help support people over the Christmas period with free food.
