Please keep yourself hydrated in this warm weather🌡️☀️. For those not ultra keen on just water (which is the best) nice chilled coconut water is very hydrating and has a delicious tropical taste. Or put a few fresh slices of any citrus into some cold water for a healthy vibrant cooling drink 🍋🍊🥤
