We specialise in the delivery of exercise, lifestyle and behavior modification programs for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. We provide strategies for disease prevention and intervention, development and movement function after injury or incapacitation, to establish and sustain independence and to increase fitness and recovery from injury through exercise and management techniques.
