BERRY BAKED OAT BAR 🍓🫐

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup coconut sugar, cane sugar, or brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 (14-ounce) can full-fat coconut milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, optional
2 cups fresh mixed berries*
½ honeycrisp apple, peeled and finely chopped

Instructions
1️⃣Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 9" x 9" baking pan with parchment paper. Note: you can also lightly spray the baking pan with cooking oil if you don't have parchment paper.

2️⃣In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut milk, and vanilla extract (the wet ingredients).

3️⃣Stir the remaining dry ingredients into the egg mixture until everything is well combined. This oat mixture will be very wet - this is normal.

4️⃣Transfer the oatmeal mixture to the baking pan and bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until the baked oatmeal has set up and is lightly golden-brown. Note: If you use a different milk other than full-fat coconut milk, the oatmeal may require less time to bake due to the lower fat content. For instance, if using a lower fat non-dairy milk, bake for 35 minutes then continue checking on the oatmeal until it's ready.

5️⃣Allow the baked oatmeal to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing it into individual portions and serving. Serve with your choice of fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, whipped cream, etc.

5 Tips To Keep You Disciplined While on your Meal Plan! 💜

We have 5 tips to help you break old habits and establish new ones so that you can gain better self-discipline.

1️⃣ Keep Tempting Foods Away
When it comes to self control if you don’t see it, you will not want it.

Removing junk foods from your fridge and pantry will begin the journey of you developing better self discipline.

2️⃣ Eat Healthy Meals On The Regular
Eating meals every three to four hrs will help you not to feel starved out.

This will prevent you from over snacking and or going to a restaurant to order the biggest thing on the menu

3️⃣ The Time Is Now
We all have those moments where we want to start something next week, next month but the time is now.

Doing something when it feels right is not the answer when it come to your health also in your personal life.

Start immediately to create a new habit of thinking as you old ways will try to talk you out of it.

4️⃣ You Better Treat Yourself
When starting a new fitness journey don’t go at it cold Turkey.

Airfry them instead for an instant and healthier version of potato chips!

Add some salt if you like. And it remains crispy too if you put in an airtight container. So you can save it for later 💜
