Here are some alternatives to w sitting! If your child has a tendency to W sit- here are some modifications that are a little bit more hip healthy. We do want to reduce the amount of time W setting occurs because it tends to switch off the core when trying to be upright and it places a lot of internal rotation pressure within the hip capsule try these modifications and hopefully we can reduce the amount of time your child is W sitting.
