Thank you It is an honour to receive the Outstanding Service Award. An award to reflect contribution to the Chiropractic profession through leadership, mentorship, healthcare initiatives and community engagement. When I was first diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in the middle of my bachelor degree, there were moments of doubt..from others and at times, even from myself about whether my physical limitations would hold me back from being the kind of Chiropractor I wanted to be and limit the impact I could make.

Receiving this award, is a powerful reminder that our abilities as Chiropractors aren’t defined solely by what we do with our hands in practice, but by how we show up for our communities, for our profession, and for each other.

I’m deeply grateful to the ACA, my colleagues, and everyone who has supported me along the way, this recognition means more than you know. Thank you.

Switch flat spot pillows with Chiropractic care and watch change happen.
If you are noticing your little one developing a flat spot- before you go hunting for an ineffective pillow in an attempt to fix it… stop (save your money) and see me instead. That pillow could also make the shape FAR WORSE. One size does not suit all so come in and get tailored treatment and strategies for the reason your little one is developing a flat spot.

Today I bring you a different kind of Chiropractic ASMR…. Nappy donation ASMR 😜 Something I’m really proud that my business does is that we are a donation point for We have been able to redirect so many nappies that are too small for others to families in need. Often women that have escaped DV and are looking after their little ones. No matter the size of your business I think everyone can contribute positively to society and look beyond profitability. Special shout out to that have donated these particular nappies to a fantastic cause.

I always say the transition from being childfree to having your first is the hardest from my experience.. I think about it and to be honest it was more of a reflection on the environments I was in at the time, stressful workplace, pressure to return to work quickly, having a hard time being told to try to pump in my lunch breaks once I was back, toxic friendships that were not supportive and I was feeling such a big shift in my identity- plus feeling like I was in a strangers body. But over time your abilities increase, you start trusting your gut and also motherhood unlocks your brain in other ways that makes you a weapon in the workforce. The kids slowly become more independent and you start getting into a new rhythm and having a taste of (occasional) autonomy again. Only now you’ve filtered out the crap, have better boundaries and have a different focus now and the people you surround yourself are the best. It has taken time, therapy, exercise and conscious consistency. So yeh- I just wanted to put this out there for the mums that are feeling suboptimal right now, that it only gets better from here and if you do feel like you need a helping hand to work towards some of your health goals- you know where to find me 🥰

How is October done and dusted already? This month felt slower for me compared to September- but that was the whole point! Rest IS productive and so I thought I would use this as a reminder with the next two months being the silly season- please put some time aside for you!
