This June, Isodynamics Clinic is proudly joining The Push-Up Challenge 2025 to raise awareness for mental health.

Over 24 days, we’ll complete 3,214 push-ups, representing the lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2023. It’s a powerful reminder of why conversations around mental health matter.

We’re pushing for a purpose — to break stigma, spark change, and support mental health services across the country.
