The past week OneMonk lost a valued friend who had made the heartbreaking decision to end his own life. He was a talented musician, loved basketball, and had a kind, caring, and compassionate nature. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. We are all shocked and incredibly saddened by his passing. Farewell, soul brother. You will be missed.

Our thoughts are with his family and all those who knew and loved him during this difficult time.

The ripple effect of such a loss spreads far and wide, and for many, the impact will be felt for a lifetime. If you're struggling, please reach out. You are never alone.

Today, we had the honour of supporting a talented, vision impaired shooter at the Sydney International Shooting Centre.
