                                            Daily self-care reminder βοΈ Have you ever tried classifying your thoughts? It's a simple but powerful activity that can be done either in meditation or through writing π
Getting quiet for a couple of minutes and simply watch the thoughts flow - Noticing them and naming them - With compassion and non-judgement π 
You might notice that one type of thought dominates on some days.. If so, notice if it also brings a deep sense of awareness of your inner world and what needs most attention. π
