EAT | Mediterranean Trout en Papillote
We tried this recipe for the first time last week and LOVED IT!!

It utilized a French technique to bake the fish by wrapping it in baking paper. It was bursting with flavor, combining fresh herbs with red capsicums, sun dried tomatoes, green olives, capers, and lemon.

A pivotal book for me (Sean), that opened my eyes to the importance of sleep for my brain and body health. I use to think that I could get away with little or less sleep. This book helped convince me to value my sleep and has drastically improved my emotional health.

GROW | Over the last week we joined our friends who are traveling around Australia 🇦🇺 abseiling and canyoning.

It’s amazing what you can accomplish in a single day with proper teaching and a fantastic support crew. We all went from never abseiling before to coming down the face of a 30m waterfall within a few hours.

Incredible experience that we highly recommend. Check out High and Wild Mountain Adventures - Empress Canyon!
