⚡️Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie⚡️
Not Beer* 🤪

2 Tbsp .au Peanut Butter Powder
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tbsp Almonds
1 Tbsp Macca Powder
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
4 Dates
4 Ice Cubes
1 Cup of water (or milk of your choice)

- Blend 30 secs or until smooth -

HOT TIP: Add a shot of coffee too for an extra energy boost ⚡️

So tasty, filling and gives you the perfect amount of energy for the morning.

INCLUSIVITY

While I endeavour to incorporate inclusivity in my every day life, I am especially mindful of it during class. In an industry where body image, gender stereotypes and insecurities can deter people from showing up, I recognise the importance in using language that is inclusive of everyone.

Being told to put your body in a position that is unnatural or is physically impossible can be very unsettling. Every body is different and no one deserves to feel excluded.

This is why you’ll find the language and cues used in my classes make you feel like you are always welcome and always appreciated.🤍

Welcome to ABS by ABS Pilates, a space where peoples happiness and creating movement that coincides with it is nurtured. I’m Abby, a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher and I truly believe it’s not how you look but how you feel and that’s why I’m dedicated to providing safe yet challenging and fun classes.

We offer outdoor sessions in Freshwater and Rushcutters in addition to an online platform that is updated weekly. Workouts are suitable and modifiable for every ability - there’s even a pregnancy friendly section - and no equipment is needed. The online platform can be watched anytime, anywhere for just $5 p week .

NEW WEEKLY WORKOUT // 20 min Glutes

This class is inspired by this weeks outdoor classes and clients.

We work through one side with some bridges, reverse tabletop and quadruped variations before finishing off with some kneeling sidekick and a bit of heat to get the heart rate up.

It’s super important to work unilaterally (one side at a time) as we use unilateral movements everyday like walking. This helps individually strengthen muscles and even out any imbalances.

Pay attention throughout the class and notice whether one side seems slightly more difficult than the other.
