Organise your time better - Be efficient - “Keep Your Food Fresh, Longer.”

Storage Tips:
Advice on how to store prepared meals or ingredients to keep them fresh longer.

Cook once, waste less, eat well all week - guidance for busy, time-poor, high-performing professionals.

The Golden Rules:
- Cool food quickly before refrigerating (within 1–2 hours).
- Air is the enemy – airtight (ideally glass) containers = longer freshness.
- Label & date everything (future you will thank you).
- Front = eat first: keep ready meals at eye level in the fridge.
- Most cooked meals last 3–4 days
- Freeze within 24 hours of cooking (used within 1–3 months)

Fridge Organisation, Less Waste:
- Top shelf: ready-to-eat meals
- Middle shelf: cooked ingredients
- Bottom shelf: raw proteins
- Crisper drawers: veg onlyďż˝
