Welcome to Bloom Kids Occupational therapy! Bloom Kids Occupational Therapy is a local mobile business formed in 2023 by Tegan Dobson offering therapy services in the comfort of your own home, school or community environment. This allow therapy to be delivered in a familiar place and helps with the carryover of exercises, strategies and activities learnt during therapy sessions. Since graduating in 2018 with Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Occupational Therapy Tegan has enjoyed working with children and their families in paediatric private practice and has decided to continue to work in the sector as a sole trader as it offered greater flexibility for finding the balance between work and her own family. Tegan is an experienced occupational therapist providing services to children and their families. This includes planning, evaluating and implementing individual, group and home therapy programs that are based on an understanding and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and a personal commitment to ensuring clients and their families receive the best possible care. Tegan is registered with AHPRA and OT Australia.

📚 New service offering – Literacy Support Groups! 🌼

Bloom Kids will be introducing Literacy Groups from Term 1, 2026.

These groups will be run by our team and are a goal-oriented program designed to help children build strong foundations in:

✨ Reading
✨ Writing
✨ Spelling

Sessions will be available after school and on Saturdays, making it easier for busy families to access support that fits their routine.

Our holiday sessions have been filled with laughter, learning and plenty of messy play! 🎨✨

I’m so proud of all the kids who joined us — they’ve explored new textures, created with confidence and embraced getting their hands messy while learning and growing through play! 💕

We were also thrilled to have Jo join in the fun — our newest Bloom team member!

And… you might have spotted a little sneak peek of our new office — it’s nearly ready to welcome more little learners! 🌿
