Many disabilities aren’t visible. In fact, around 70% are considered invisible, including things like autism, chronic pain, mental health conditions, and learning differences.

Not all disabilities can be seen, so understanding, patience, and kindness matter.

At 13, Matthew Sanford was in a terrible car accident that took the lives of his father and sister, and left him paralyzed from the chest down.

Evolving through his journey, Matthew learned to leave the spite behind and form a new relationship with his body through yoga. His practice allowed him to learn to feel the lower parts of his body again, even if he couldn't move them, and become more attuned to his mind-body relationship.

Now Matthew is the founder of Mind Body Solutions, a nonprofit dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies in meaningful ways. He’s also a motivational speaker, sharing his story with honesty and heart to inspire others navigating their own challenges.

What an inspiration!

🤸‍♂️ NDIS Day Programs! 🤸‍♂️

Seeing ourselves as an elemental part of the world around us, a large part of our focus lies on inclusive community-relevant events that everyone can get engaged in and involved with.

Our team runs regular group-based sessions on weekends and school holiday programs which promote confidence-building and value acceptance and differences among individuals. These sessions encourage participants to actively engage in a safe space and may be especially beneficial for individuals struggling with self-expression or social anxiety.

Our group-based sessions include:
🤸‍♂️ Sports and Physical Activity-based Days
💬 Social Development
🏔️ Adventure-based Trips
💢 Sensory Experience Events
🥅 Goal-themed Days (specifically focusing on skill development)

Contact us if you have something specific in mind or if you would like to discuss your individual requirements.

Wishing you all a very Happy Easter and hoping you have a splendid weekend!Lots of love, the Form team.

World Autism Awareness Day, is a recognised United Nations observance that calls on member states to increase understanding of autism and take action to support autistic people worldwide. The day promotes acceptance, appreciation and inclusion, while recognising the valuable contributions autistic individuals make within their communities and across the globe.

Rather than focusing solely on awareness, the observance encourages meaningful change — from inclusive policies and accessible environments to respectful attitudes that value neurodiversity. It is an opportunity to reflect on how systems, services and communities can better support autistic people to live full and self-determined lives.

World Autism Awareness Day underscores the importance of strengths-based, inclusive practice. Supporting autistic children and young people through understanding, affirmation and tailored supports helps foster wellbeing, participation and belonging for individuals, families and communities alike.

This quote reminds us that our limits are always progressing, so dispose of that doubt and just keep trying!
