Good Morning! Time for a great little morning muscle exercise. Today's stretch tip is the Page Turner (aka Book Opener). I love this stretch especially in winter. It truly wakes up many muscle groups in the one stretch and really opens out the muscles along the thoracic spine area as well as the chest. Enjoy! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™‚๏ธ
