                                            In yoga postures many of us will encounter limitations with our knees. This mini-series is a learning opportunity to find ways to move forward with intelligent understanding of the asana and solutions to the knee limitation at the same time. 
This series is suitable for those with at least 3 months of Iyengar yoga experience. It will be very helpful whether you have perfectly healthy knees that you want to keep strong and happy as you move into more challenging poses, or if you have knee restrictions, limitations, or weakness that you wish to improve. Also very suitable for teachers seeking to improve their ability to assist students with poses that can challenge the knees.
Not suitable in acute situations when the knee is newly or seriously injured or in a very deteriorated state requiring a therapy session.
