The fascia foot roll - it’s not just for plantar fasciitis (though it’s super helpful for that!).
This exercise supports mobility, inflammation, stress, nervous system, fascia regeneration and so much more, all just within a few minutes. Even kids can do it!
Fun fact👨🔬 If you want how effective this is, before the exercise, try to bend at your waist and touch the floor, seeing how far you can reach. Then do 1-2 minutes of foot rolling and repeat the bend, and watch how much further you can bend! 👀
