This Easter, we are reminded that growth takes time. 🌿

For many on a fertility journey, patience, hope, and resilience become part of everyday life. While the season is often filled with celebration, it can also bring mixed emotions for those still waiting for their next chapter.

If this resonates with you, please know you are not alone. Support, guidance, and compassionate care are always here when you need it.

Wishing you a gentle and hopeful Easter. πŸ’›

With Easter around the corner, it brings up different emotions for many different people. πŸ’™
When stress levels rise, the body produces more cortisol and higher cortisol can influence the hormones that regulate ovulation. In some people this may slightly delay ovulation or shorten the luteal phase (these shifts are usually mild and temporary).

During the holiday season many experience changes to their everyday routine which can also play a role, for example; busy schedules, travel, irregular meals, disrupted sleep, and reduced downtime all influence the body’s natural rhythms.

The above factors may affect the timing of menstruation, energy levels, and how predictable the cycle feels.

Prioritise rest when possible, stay hydrated, and aim for consistent sleep patterns. (*These are general wellbeing measures rather than medical advice*).

Always consult with a medial professional if anything raises concern.

Chronic inflammation from factors like smoking, alcohol, obesity or high oxidative stress can impact the DNA integrity of s***m cells. πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ

πŸ‘‰ This may influence the s***m’s ability to fertilise an egg and the subsequent embryo development.

πŸ’™ Reducing inflammatory triggers and optimising lifestyle factors can support s***m DNA integrity and general reproductive health.
